- Same-day turnaround included when booked 48+ hours ahead
- Bookings with less than 24 hours' notice: +$25
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the turnover price
- Off-site laundry: $20 per load
- Restock supplies at cost plus 10%, or supplied by the host
- Hosts are invoiced monthly

- Many home insurance policies require regular checks on vacant properties. Check your policy for the details.
- We shut off water per your instructions. Any plumbing or winterization work beyond that is referred to a licensed plumber.

- We're not a medical or personal care service. We help with the home. Family members are welcome to book and receive updates.
Owner Care Plan
Bundle regular services into one monthly plan and save about 8% compared with booking each service separately. 3-month minimum, billed monthly.

What does "from" mean?
It's the starting price for a typical job. If yours is bigger or more involved, we'll tell you the price before we start.
Are there minimums?
Handyman visits have a 1-hour minimum in Zone 1. Home help and custom cleaning have a 2-hour minimum.
How do materials work?
Materials are billed at cost plus 15%, with receipts available, or you can supply your own.
Do you offer a senior discount?
Yes. Seniors 65+ get 10% off labour on handyman and repair work. Senior home help is $36/hour, which already includes the discount.
When is payment due?
Payment is due when the job is done. Airbnb hosts are invoiced monthly.
